It all began when the twelve year old Livio Caon, learnt how to work wood at a local joiner’s. The difficult economic situation of that period forced Livio to emigrate to Australia in the hope of a better life, there, he was able to pursue his passion for wood as he found work in the construction of wooden houses. After years of hard work he decided to return to Italy and with little more than his experience and great enthusiasm he set up his own business and began making wooden frames. Helped by the economic boom of that period soon his business began to grow and the company expanded. Over the years Livio’s passion for wood was passed on to his son, Ranieri, who today manages the company.
The company policy is based on well defined and precise concepts:

The high quality of Caon frames and the careful attention given to details is due to fact that all its products are all laboratory tested.
